I like understanding business operation challenges as part of our digitalized world of today and working economically, sustainable and with corporate social responsibility (CSR).

I bring along experience in business management und administration in areas such as ngo, customised metal fabrications for interior designers and builders, relocation, administration and sales of (american) water treatment equipment or the series production and sales of metal (gift) items and furniture pieces.

• Certified Assissor for Sustainable Organisations (UBB/November 2019)
• CSR-Manager (IHK/Chamber of commerce/July 2017)
• Diplom-Verwaltungswirtin (FH) (Diploma in Public Administration, specialised in Public Business Management/University of Applied Sciences/August 2000)
• Industriekauffrau (Vocational training in Business administration / management/January 1994)
• Participation in (coming) seminars / trainings / lectures: Introduction to quality management (TÜV Rheinland), Change Management (IHK)
• Born (1973) and raised in India (Calcutta/Kolkata), as a German-Indian I understand the Indian mentality and move freely between the cultures
• I speak fluent English, Bengali, German (mother tongues) and Hindi
• Travel regularly to and in India
• Understand quickly, empathic, communicative, organized and efficient

Despite companies being committed to CSR, CSR and its elements are often perceived and lived differently, occasionally to be seen in the collaboration between companies of different mentality and culture, and which may prove difficult when actually implementing. In my view, in addition to quality management, a broad application-oriented knowledge transfer of CSR between the cooperating companies is necessary, so that implementation by the supplier covers customer requirements.

I gain new impetus and information by regularly visiting or participating in trade fairs, events and CSR networks (online as well as personal meetings).
